Here’s my top ten tips if you are thinking about leveraging your 1:1 services into a 1:many approach – perhaps an online course, a group program or a workshop.

  1.  Look outside your own industry for inspiration
  2.  Think about how you can enhance your client’s experience
  3.  If you have a process, method or system you can convert that into a 1:many approach
  4.  You can deliver 1:1 and 1: many – it’s not either or
  5.   A group program or workshop can be more transformational and experiential than 1:1
  6.  Don’t think of leveraged income as passive income – plenty of hard work involved.
  7.  Don’t delay in building your community
  8.  Start small
  9.  Don’t expect to create your perfect leveraged product first time round
  10.  Use existing clients to research and test ideas
